Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to modeling standards specific to each trade.
- Generate BIM models for various disciplines based on provided inputs.
- Create shop drawings for site installation in accordance with the requirements of each trade.
- Identify and resolve inter-disciplinary clashes within the BIM models.
- Maintain project documents accurately.
- Generate Request for Information (RFI) for client clarification when necessary.
- Implement and maintain internal Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) standards.
Skills Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Engineer.
- Proficiency in BIM tools and software.
- Strong understanding of modeling standards for various trades.
- Ability to generate BIM models based on provided inputs.
- Experience in creating shop drawings for site installation.
- Skill in resolving inter-disciplinary clashes within BIM models.
- Familiarity with project documentation and ability to generate RFIs.
- Knowledge of internal QAQC standards and procedures.
