Here you get to learn, understand, and work on projects with scopes ranging from Concept Planning, Design Detailing (VR and other technologies), Architecture, Structure and Interior Co-ordination, Survey (Point Clouds/Laser Scanning), MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) Services Coordination, Construction Planning and Scheduling (4D/5D Simulation).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Study drawings and perform Design Development to generate construction-oriented BIM models from the information received from consultants.
- Constructability analysis through prediction of clashes, RFls, and potential safety hazards through BIM Model.
- Generating Design, GFC, and Shop Drawings through BIM-enabled software, creating construction details and related information.
- Quantity Estimation, Procurement Plans, and Project Management reports to be generated through the BIM model.
- Extending the 3D models to 5D BIM through the integration of Time and Cost parameters within the BIM model. Creating Pre-bid presentations by BIM-based visualization tools.
- Working on a range of software for design development, drawing generation, quantification, and project management for various international project.
- Conversion of laser scan point cloud into information-rich BIM models and generation of drawings and as-built data for renovation purposes.
- Working directly on large-scale international projects including airports, smart cities, SEZs, metros, hotels, and commercial projects.
